Activity data
BRI records account activity and IP/country metadata for service operations and product improvement. New activity includes approximate browser and operating-system families and device type. These added fields do not include full versions, exact screen dimensions or a new device identifier.
Activity is used in admin reports, owner reporting copies and encrypted recovery backups. Older records may lack these fields. Activity can be archived without being deleted. Deleting saved chat history does not erase separate service records.
